"ChatGPT cannot be used to write manuscripts." Let's look at it critically. We have two types of reactions: "Don't cheat! We must regulate LLMs." and "You can't stop what is inevitable!" What does ChatGPT do? It formulates KNOWN concepts that everyone can find online and puts them together into a coherent paragraph.
