Architect and Civil Engineer (Pontificia Universidad Javeriana), MSc in Architettura Costruzione Città (Politecnico di Torino), and PhD candidate in Engineering at Universidad de los Andes. For a decade, I have worked at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and construction management, first in professional practice, implementing BIM and coordinating construction projects, and then in academia as a professor and researcher. My work focuses on the digital transformation of construction, from BIM and Construction 4.0 to a human-centric Construction 5.0, and on new ways of teaching technology in architecture.
