What are the factors that limit the quality of the habitat in cities and how can the architect find creative solutions that allow to positively transform the reality from the professional practice? The XXI Century Habitat project identifies the barriers to the production of a quality habitat in the city and propose alternative solutions that are embodied in the development of a group of multifamily housing involving the variables of an architectural project from its structuring to its development at a detailed level, in the context of its economic, financial, technical and regulatory feasibility within the framework of principles of land use planning, urban sustainability and eco-efficiency, promoting lines of reflection and action through architecture around the changing needs of society, new trends and lifestyles and the changing conditions of the market and real estate development in the 21st century.
