The objective of the course is to apply the knowledge acquired in the subjects of the structures area (statics, solid mechanics and structural analysis) through structural scale models. The basis of the course is the measurement of forces and deformations in order to compare these laboratory measurements with analytical calculations. Likewise, scale models of structural elements (slabs, beams and columns) in concrete and steel will be built to introduce students to the behavior of these elements.
