Metallic Architecture

Theoretical-practical course that studies different structural systems in steel and wood, exploring the possibilities that these materials allow, and thus support the criteria that allow the student to propose the right structure for the architectural project in these two materials.

Experimentation with structural models and a parallel design project in steel and wood will be worked on: analysis, pre-dimensioning and formative research. The current international and national regulations related to these two materials will be studied.
